Works on Letter or A4, portrait or landscape: no printer settings to change. If the print screen offers Actual size / 100%, pick it (not "Fit"). Black-and-white is fine for the calibration sheets. If your printer resizes it anyway, an optional toonie in the circle lets the scanner catch it.
