What happens

Ask below (or email info@homeupgraders.ca from the address on your account). We confirm it is you, then erase your account and the personal information tied to it within 30 days. We email you when it is done.

What we erase

• Your sign-in account and profile (name, phone, business details, service area).
• Your saved projects, room scans, photos, voice notes and files you uploaded, and your settings.
• Your conversations with the knowledge assistant.

What we may have to keep

• Invoices, payments, estimates and similar business records are kept for 7 years because Canadian tax and business-records law requires it. They are not used for anything else, and are erased when the period ends.
• Records that belong to someone else's account (for example a client's copy of a job you worked on together).
• Backups, which are overwritten on their normal schedule.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first, or you may keep being charged by them.

Cannot sign in?

Email info@homeupgraders.ca or call 613-314-7926 and tell us the email address on the account. We will verify it with you before deleting anything.
