Every trade here has its own assistant working from its own approved guide. Ask a question and the ones it touches answer separately — and where two of them disagree about who goes first, you see the disagreement instead of an average.
Each assistant is given the approved guide for its own trade and answers from that. When the guide doesn't cover something, it says so rather than inventing a plausible answer. That is the whole point — a confident wrong answer about a load-bearing wall costs more than no answer.
Nanny is the wizard. Your question is matched against every guide before anything is sent; the trades with a real match answer and the rest stay quiet. She never rewrites what a trade said — if she merged them into one voice you would lose the thing worth having. What she does do is call it when two of them contradict each other, before you cut anything.
Renovations rarely fail inside a trade. They fail at the boundary — where the drywaller's finish and the trim carpenter's reveal make different assumptions about the same wall, and neither is wrong on their own.
Ask about baseboard reveal on a skim-coated wall and both answer. Drywall answers about the finish level it was built to. Trim answers about the reveal that finish leaves it. The conflict is recorded in advance, so you get told the two answers assume different things before you cut anything — not after.

Worth knowing when it does: an answer from your own assistant is not an answer from our guides, and won't be presented as one. The guides are written by people who are accountable for them. A general-purpose model is not, however good it sounds.
The same question put to several different AI models at once, with a referee comparing the answers. It is a verification tool rather than a novelty: where four models independently agree, that is worth something; where they split, that is worth knowing before you act.
